We started Functioning Fitness after watching our parents struggle with traditional fitness advice. "Join a gym." "Do these exercises." "Add workouts to your day." But they were already active—cooking meals, tending gardens, keeping homes running. They just never got credit for it.

So we built an app that recognizes real life as real exercise. No gym memberships to feel guilty about. No extra hours to carve out of busy schedules. Just a simple way to track what you're already doing—and see how it adds up to genuine fitness progress.
